New View of Real Estate

We need people to be comfortable with the idea of owning, essentially, condos. We still believe in capitalism but cannot afford to hand out large tracts of land or allow people to build their own inefficient and space-wasting houses or structures.

A new way to think of buying and selling "houses and land" is to think about condos instead. People can own large condos or small ones, ones that have a better view than others, or condos that are closer to where they want to be in the Future City. This will create a market for buying and selling condos and will give people a sense of ownership and maintain capitalism.

Can we think of a new term for these types of units? We shouldn't use the word "condo" so that we can reshape people's views, opinions, and prejudgements of units such as these.
